Good scope for interdisciplinary growth. Amazing team coordination and support. Work-life balance is great.

Managerial confusions that lately imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.

When you are working with zero error the employee is good in the eyes of senior staff but once you commit a single mistake you are the worst.
