Overall bad experience, this was a very good professionally managed company before merger, but post merger with a closely held company, the future of employees depends on the likes and dislikes of seniors.

Good scope for interdisciplinary growth. Amazing team coordination and support. Work-life balance is great.

Managerial confusions that lately imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.
