No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. No co-ordination between client and parent organization 6. If client behaving inhuman then even listen concern 7. With me my client has harrased me on which synechron doesn't have any stand and was not ready to release me from my project. No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst
