Lot of so called senior people have insecurity and propensity to hijack others' talk/presentation. Poor standard in existing code, new joiners are supposed to clean up the mess.

Employee experience is the worst. Terrible HRs/management. HRs take months to resolve your issue, they just don't care about the employees. The HR team needs a big revamp to improve employee engagement. Delayed bonus pays and increments. It is though as if they delay the process intentionally to test employees patience. They have already started losing employees because of this, and they continue to do so. Hope they learn from their mistakes soon else there will be no employees left to delay their increments....Read More
