Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and seniors are friendly and also they keep as developing skills. Company policies are good. Great working and learning place for freshers. No bond is here. For developers it is great company to start our career. Base salary is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal for testing engineers are not more. Cafeteria and gaming arcade are not here.

Syncfusion software private limited is best for freshers only to get the experience certificate. Worst HR and Managers very lethargic answers they won't respect us like a human. Can't talk anything else. Even in experience certificate they will do politics

Dislikes

Work environment is like a school no onsite opportunities. No hike for testing engineer. Full of policy and politics. They will start a discussion about a policy not even they are revealed but the employees should be punished for those policies. But safe environment for girls
