I think the whole industry will be now familiar that Synspse PR should be awarded as the worst workplace. I would make you run through some insights: Make u working like a donkey and paying you peanuts. The documentation work is pathetic. You won't get any documents on time. No salary slips are provided. The colleagues were undoubtedly good. Work was also going good in the begining but eventually it went for a toss.

Dislikes

Lack of understanding from the Bosses. Too much of work pressure. No corporation from their side. No respect for the employees. A lot of back talking has been done during the course of the duration . 0% retaining power. Documents are not in place. Promised a lot in the begining but didn't stick by their words. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
