The company used to be Good, but lame-duck leadership who didn't have any clue what they were doing, shameless came to all hands and said oh we spent 100 million dollars without any revenue, and after N number of failures also they came again to all hands with a smile and say they need to restructure and remove engineers who are notat all responsible for what is happening.
