Symrise fragrance team has good working environment .(Flexible working hours+ Free food) Though the office is not big but you will get that lively vibe while working of you are in Symrise fragrance team.Upper management (CI- division) is sensitive and clear

Unfortunately the same working culture has not been in CI division..I won't say that I dislike but this are improvement areas * Specify your requirement at time of hiring as designation is KAM but actual job is of Business development . * Patience is Key when you are entering into new market or pushing new product. *They should leave controlling kind of environment and give autonomous culture to employees. * Sometimes, lack of empathy .. If you are working with Indian distributor (Mid level) then go for this role and if you are already working in MNC and want to switch for financial gains then take your call .....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
