#1 No Job Security. Layoffs every quarter. No good upper management. Frequent changes in upper level management. No proper goals for the future of this company. They use old tech stacks. No learning curve or challenging work. You have to stay like a frog in a well. Good salaries are only for the low level employees. No Promotions/ appraisals.

If u see any fresher going to join here, please stop them. Join where employees are valued, where proper training is given, where our contribution really matters.
