Its a great place for the required leap in your career. For freshers as well as intermediates. Freedom to work in your expertise. You will not be micro managed. Which in turn increases your level of responsibility to the work. A great place to improve your self management skills.

Dislikes

The incriments offered were never given. Extra efforts will not be recognised and are considered as standard practice. There is a showcase of favouritism. There is limited growth in career or opportunities.

Work Details

It's exhausting but fulfilling. You gain a sense of purpose. But the end of the day your efforts are rarely recognised and definetly not rewarded
