I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. There is lack of Management here. The way of managing the things is not systematic here. Management itself doesn't want to follow any rules and regulation. Workers don't have their specific profile those person who have not even studied the accounting in the schools and colleges are handling the accounts there. They know that they have to deduct the tds from employee salary but they don't deposit the same that's why employee has to chase the account person for the tds. If we talk about salary only those persons get the increment who are good in flattering. If you are mba then you will be trolled by saying maha bekar aadmi from the management.
