Some of the Colleagues are co-operative. Management also very co-operative. Personally looks in to upgrading the staff.

Dislikes

The only one black dot in Sydler is Sandip Deshpande. One of the most politics doing employee. He himself a zero knowledgeable person and sydler kept him as Plant Head. He use to target the employees and kick them off to fulfill his personal ego. Most non-teamworking plant head. He live and every time making working environment toxic. He does ego-driven actions, including misleading management about employees. Keep employees under pressure. Offer salary below the company standards. Many more can say about this person.
