Worst management ever seen in my career not proper appreciation given to persons working hard.In appraisals lot of partiallity. Interference of owner in every aspects .manager and owners do not have courtesies to there employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
