Not safe for any girls every year their are fired some innocent people without reason. always coitizes every employee who have less experience. Manager's have more than work expectation again CTC. if you got 25k then manager want you have to work for 1 lac. if you got 1 lac then you don't have skill and they will fair without reasonwhen you came near to appraisal time. at my expertise i have seen 5 same cases they are faired and coitizes for give resignation.
