I can’t even think of where to start. There’s no accountability, no planning, and no set processes in place. Everything is ad hoc and chaotic. There’s no bell curve, and no performance scores are published to help you benchmark yourself against your peers. The HR team is weak and heavily influenced by business leaders. If your manager dislikes you and decides to put you on a PIP, don’t expect HR to be impartial or allow you to put your case forward—this is not the place for that. The attrition rate is at an all-time high, and the organization doesn’t bother filling vacant positions for months.
