Mumbai homegrown leaders in senior level managment are amazing, other than them any transition city level is mess. Work life balance is good. Targets are highly incremental month on month.

Recent changes to city level management are negative. High targets to churn as much money from clients as possible which is ethically incorrect.

No ethics, do what they want to, they won't consider employee words and employee. Especially my manager shashikant he is a racist. And my HR Uday is dumb always uses only one word i am not aware of this or I don't know.

I was forcefully thrown out of the company, I wrote a mail to HR head(we call him GM) regarding my issue no response did not even bother about a mail from present employment and this company talk and promote about ethics, an employee who served for 4 year 9months and help organization grow was thrown out in a minute. This is Because I am a Muslim. I heard lot about this so I want to highlight.

Tremendous company to work at.Unless you are working in a tier3 or tier4 city the growth prospects are really good.on the flip side the work life balance is considerably lesser as you have to take on n number of calls
