I like the most thing is team work that all the department interact and work together and every department is interlinked with each other that make the team spirit for the upgrading of our company and I'm proud to work in the swiggy

Dislikes

Some of the processes that are not required and some of the process are removed that are needed and I think the employee opinion is must so that the ground level employee know the work what happened in the ground level and the asm are better than sm I am saying because they are involved in all the tasks, But the sm are involved in only some of the task that make the some what efforts less

The management of this company is very good, salary is received on time and if there is any issue, it is resolved on a complaint.

If any customer files a wrong complaint, then at that time we do not have any option to tell whether this is a fake complaint due to which our complaint gets increased and the refund amount also increases.

Full of racist people. Only North Indian people join this organisation. Only one person for name sake they take south indian. Salary and designation also depends on region. Saturday and Sunday working. No time limit. Health gone for toss. No ethics in management. Worst company guys don't join this organisation.

Overall company is good but the management who handle and basically they are from different regions and handling other regions are not aware how to handle the people from this locality that was the main barrier which results in poor connectivity with vendors
