Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Over times on sundays is normal routine of the company .Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

Geneeally speaking,my work slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire line and see to it that our internal customer i.e. assembly line gets the required material with correct specifications and the required time .
