Organization management is not transparent, HR policies are very bad, no appraisals, Hike and promotion on time. No job security, work time and culture is not good.

There is HR system is very bad, due to this employee alwayz suffer for offer letter, salary, hike, appraisal ect. Career growth not guven, no skill development for personal growth. Short term project work so no guarantee for the job. senior management is not doesn't address issues of employees.

Very bad bcz work time is depends on the project, and it's very long some time 13-15 hrs per day and normal 12 hrs per day.
