Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company is good but system is not good. All work and benefits is good.

Dislikes

No any culture, no any timing for staff, every day or week change timings work like as labour. Staff coming 8- 8.30am and company given time 9.30. no any sitting arrangement, treated as rude behaviour of EHS Manager who is abused everyone just like as physio person. So, before you join first know him than join. After join he is stated treated within next days and take demand money.
