It's a great institution to work I am glad to be part of it , it is surrounded with professionals, finest IPS officer's the institution is having big library many stadium like badminton, swimming, athelete. , Basketball court volleyball court all the equipment of gym sports indoor complex big cafeteria , big parade ground the academy is having director, joint director and many ips officer. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is no bond training is
