For any fresher, SVCians will help to make comfortable at their own pace and gradually teach all the concepts. There is lot to learn when it comes to banking aspects, as new challenges will be faced . When I started my career, I was well trained by my fellow team mates which has excelled my confidence and boosted my career growth.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. If any person expects career growth in short span, then a person has to work hard and smart.
