If there is any Holiday in week than Saturday will be working No direction as the department heads are from different backgrounds but still leading the department for which they don't have any exposure. You will not have any personal life as you will be treated as a slave every time by your HOD in marketing</mark>. Appraisal is not done on time. It will be done around October. Even HR releases the mail that increment amount will come in next salary but than nothing is credited, no clear information. HOD will rate you on personal basis not based on your skills.
