Assistant Supervisor - Weld Shop (Robotic - Motoman) - Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient production operations by monitoring and maintaining quality standards, productivity, and safety protocols.
  
• Oversee robotic welding processes using MOTOMAN technology to meet manufacturing requirements.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of welded products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production records, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Candidate must have exposure of Yashkawa Motoman welding robots.
