If there is any Holiday in week than Saturday will be working No direction as the department heads are from different backgrounds but still leading the department for which they don't have any exposure. Same group of 2-3 persons keeps getting transferred within and becomes head. They don't hire expert persons on head level. No work life balance specially in marketing, as you will be forced to be part of meetings post 6:30 pm. You will be forced to work on weekends. You will not have any personal life as you will be treated as a slave every time by your HOD in marketing. Appraisal is not done on time. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.
