If you fresher and want learn and want make career in cable industry it's good company for you. 40 years old company. Directer sir good person.

Work culture is not good. Appraisal and other benefits not good. In company space is not enough. Canteen fecility not available. Parking space not available. Always under director. Feel pressure.

You get to learn a lot of things. For a fresher this is really the best opportunity.

You need to be careful before you commit anything. The work load just keeps on adding, initially you have been taught to work systematically but gradually as you gain experience, you start working haphazardly while the management still wants you to follow the system and engage you in other works simultaneously.
