Extremely toxic work culture with micromanagement. Senior employees deliberately create hurdles for newcomers. Growth and promotions are reserved for management's favorites. Accounts department is completely toxic. The head monitors everyone every minute and doesn’t allow employees to even take important phone calls. The accounts manager habitually shouts at employees without any reason, creating chaos in the office. She spends her entire day gossiping instead of working. Rampant workplace politics and fake complaints are a daily norm. Unprofessional environment where personal disputes often disrupt work. Advice to Management: Focus on creating a respectful, professional environment, and value your employees’ contributions instead of treating them like commodities.
