If you are good at work then no issue for the security,Work culture is not so good, company policies are average.

They say maintain work time , but in actually not works they expect to work late.some pepole are having very low skills but management consider thier opinion. And career growth is low , you can work here for 2 to 3 years so that you can gain knowledge . And lastly polictics it is common but here company runs because of it I guess....😅

I like the employee rehire policy here.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Most of the times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers.

It's not good place to work.. Management have its own set of people,who give them information of new joiners and these people harass new joiners. Management is aware of all the facts but they don't support.. They have kept gundas to scare employees.. Which inturn are given benifits such as salary hike, promotion , retention after retirement.Because these are eyes of management. All chugali khor are there in Suttatti.So don't join.they simply play with yr careers.. Management wants High potential people and their own people are jealous don't let others perform especially who come with new ideas.
