I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Sutherland Global services is an MNC for name, all the TL'S & Managers are good and support,but where as coming to the growth ,appraisal & salary it is completely vary to otherMNC Organisation,basic level pay and market standards are not followed regarding employee pay ,most of the people will leave the organisation due to this reason

Boring, no growth, treat like children in school, make you to by heart the stuff, trainers are not trained have different aspect on same topic, lifts doesn't work properly in time, completely night shifts, no rotational, no free tea or coffee and need to buy yourself, paying huge amount.

Whole organization, pay you like beggers and want production to be done hundred percent, for them their business is important, salaries are different for freshers too, can be negotiated but asked to through company norms
