Good for skill development for freshers.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

HR is not from Real Estate background so he hire people without judgement. Too much politics in mostly every department. Performers are not recognised for their contribution in sales or other areas as the TL claims all the credit. Increment in salary is almost zero or minimum. You will not get timely off from your duties, which affects work life balance. TL will try to overpower and demoralise you unnecessarily. Incentive is delayed or no incentive, even TL don't have any idea about incentives. No job security, management can ask to leave you without any prior intimation on immediate basis, which is very wrong and unethical. Avoid joining such lala organization....Read More
