*Great learning experience.
*Your job is secure as long as you are able to close a deal every 3 months and build a good relation with your reporting manager.
*The brand sells itself.
*Healthy office politics keeps it interesting

Dislikes
*No work life balance. (Office timings are 10:15-7:15)
*No timely incentives. (The Incentive policies are not clear to TLs as well)
*Leave policies are pathetic.
* Too much dependency on Team leaders ( whatever they say is the final verdict)
*Too many restrictions if you’re in closing team and too little concern if you’re in sourcing team.
