No one will value your work and what you can do for company, your appraisel not depend on your capabilities, no job security bias bosses and CEO is the worst of them, he thinks emplyees are severt, They will burdun with tremoundos work that you will have to forget about family and also not job security aftet doing this much work.

The working culture here is very positive and encouraging. I have a very great team and they always offer a helping hand when in need. Always a positive aura and surrounding. The organization provides a promising future ahead with great opportunities to grow professionally as well as personally. Job flexibility is also a great plus point as it offers work from home roles as well.
