The teaching staff is quite cooperative

The school is run by a peon and an office clerk. The owners are purely businessmen and have absolutely no idea as to how a school is run.They want you to make it the finest school without allowing one to function. There is a minute to minute eye on the functioning of the head (through the peon) and one is supposed to keep on explaining why a certain thing was done or why tea was served to someone. No opportunities are given for planning and implementing new things and they want the moon one fine night. There is no job security as they have changed 5 Principals in 2 years' time....Read More
