The school is run by a peon and an office clerk. The owners are purely businessmen and have absolutely no idea as to how a school is run.They want you to make it the finest school without allowing one to function. There is a minute to minute eye on the functioning of the head (through the peon) and one is supposed to keep on explaining why a certain thing was done or why tea was served to someone.
