My work is there as a energy modeller, I do simulation using equest as per the methodology given in standard books. Respective to my category, I do documentation and I do give clarifications upon the review comments received from bodies like IGBC, LEED..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
