There is nothing to like about the Company, Worse Experience, Its not a Company its a Grocery shop, not a single director has a knowledge of work environment.

Dislikes

Abusing environment, directors continuously uses bad words.

Work Details

There is no single owner, its a family managed Company. Not a single director is educated. No work ethics, No job security. Work goes as per the Director's mood.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
