Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The Company was located in My home town. CEO is helpful.

People leave the company due to Managers like Amar and Santosh who were not professional and only promoted Nepotism. The work must be delivered within the stipulated time. No Employee - Client - Employer engagement. 3. False promises on Job security while hiring and once you are onboarded toSureminds. And ul work for 3 months and they will say 1 year project and then resign you saying no project. 4. Sureminds management give you different information and they will not give you same information. 5. Company can terminate you anytime, without even giving any prior notice. There is no job satisfaction all the managers are relatives of the company owner, so Management don't listen to recruiter problem. If someone try to open their mouth they will be fired.
