In Surana & Surana, from the top most Managing Director of the company to even a little pieon, all of them treat the outside people with humanism and good respect.

Dislikes

Though I have enough educational qualification, enough experience and good talents, I could not get an opportunity to work there due to that I had not studied in national law schools or top ten colleges.

There is nothing to like about this place of work. There was very no support during Covid19. They asked all the Associates who joined 6 months prior to lockdown to take a long break without pay. They just informed that they would call if situation clears up and to look for alternate jobs if necessary. It was very unprofessional the way they handled the situation. Dislikes

The work culture here won't suit all people. They are very rigid and do not give any concern to work life balance. The teams are divided and there is always gossips in the office. The pay is poor compared to the amount of hours you put in to work each day. There is no job security and growth.
