The healthcare industry is very much high pressure and we cannot expect to work like IT industry.The teams on ground don't have fixed holidays and they sacrifice also. Even though management and HR are creating good leave policies,we cannot make everyone happy.

Communication with HR department have to improve. Communication experience with IT & patient care team is very worst. We have to call 3 to 4 times for a single problem solution. Kindly improve it🙏
