Sometimes, the workload can get heavy, specially during peak season but it is manageable with proper time management.

Senior technicians are very supportive. Sharmistha madam is very supportive person.

Communication with HR department have to improve. Communication experience with IT & patient care team is very worst. We have to call 3 to 4 times for a single problem solution. Kindly improve it🙏
