1. organization culture is terrible. 2.JD & KRA's written on appointment letter is fake. Operations manager has to do housekeeping job also if top management ( " Hirak Rani " & " Md. Bin Tughlak " ) & their downline ( " Buro" & " Buri " ) wants it. 3. A company where recruitment drive goes on throughout the year. 4. If you are oneminute late to reach your branch for more than two days in a month you will get a reward from this company in the form of half day LOP. 5. Salary can get deducted without any valid reason. If attendance portal didn't get updates due to technical glitch you might expect a salary pay cut & the most annoying part is once your salary got deducted for a particular month it won't get credited in future.
