Job security is terrible. You can learn many things as they use latest technology. But work culture is not good. Your manager can do politics with you. And higher management things they know every thing even they can build a software by themselves . But they don’t have time.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

If you work hard and good at your work then you’ll get more work… that’s the style of appreciation of Suraksha. Even if you work till 3.00 Am but you need to come office on time. And you will not get any extra compensation . Bring your charity attitude when you join Suraksha.

Very Good work environment and culture. In this covid time lots of pressure is there also. But I am loving it. Every day is new challenge. And everyone in my team is every supportive. I got everyone whenever I need.

Dislikes

I think every company have their own pros and cons. And if you r good in your job then who cares. Till now I am good with the people and with the company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
