No job security. If you are unable to oiling your senior then they terminate you. Salary structure is very poor. If any one protest it then he terminated on Spot and his salary will not paying. HR is full Vogues. They have no knowledge is actual HR department work.

Communication with HR department have to improve. Communication experience with IT & patient care team is very worst. We have to call 3 to 4 times for a single problem solution. Kindly improve it🙏
