Good company. Great people. I work as a sales executive and I really found the culture and staff super supportive. It is my first job here and I have been working here for more than 2 yrs. i really like the support that we get from our seniors and our team mates. I learnt how to sell the product ethically as we dont sell the products to anyone forcefully. I dont think any company does that. I've been working as a councelor at Suraasa, and so far it hass been a good experiance. The company really focuses on work life balance, which is very important for me. The leadership is very supportive and makes sure we do things ethically. One thing I like the most is how the sales process is not about pushing the Product but actualy helping teachers who need it. Lots of learning. My biggest shock was when I was asked to not push for Sales if a lead doesn't want to buy. First time in last 7 years I experienced this. They ask to sell only where value can be created. This makes the job of a sales person a bit difficult as it means we have to work really hards to identify the right prospects and sell to them in a consultative approach.

Dislikes

Very difficult first 60 days as I had to unlearn so many things. But, it feels good at the end of the day. Had to put oil extra hours to come in sync with the systems. Also, saw many people who were just used to misspelling losing their jobs within first 30-45 days.

This organization is meant for people who believe in ethical work practices. Absolutely employee friendly & believes in giving new opportunity to its staff. The owners are super friendly & open to talk/interact in every situation. They have one of the most amazing and friendly work culture in the sales department. If you are motivated & have the zeal to work, this is the best in the industry.

I am in awe of the training that I am receiving from Divya mam. I don't think I would have learnt all that I have learnt in the past 1 month in any other organization. My incentives have always come on time, salary is on time and we are loved, respected and supported. Whenever I get a sale, everyone celebrates it. I have worked in other ed-tech cos as well but I didn't see such an atmosphere. Nothing. Really really bad experience. Very Toxic work culture. Except for few good co-employees rest everything is BAD.

Toxic Work Culture No Work Life Balance On floor name calling and humiliation Product that is sold does not have market demand and the product price is too high for target audience but still the people running the show does not want to accept the product flaws. Rather they focus on blaming Sales team for every problem and openly humiliate people. Hardly any people survive more than 3 months. There is no Standard SOP. Every day rules change. Management tries to find different ways to deduct SALARY and apply LOP. Its a very very BAD company / No one should waste their career here....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Everything. It’s like you’re back to school. TL gets upset if you leave on time, you’re required to inform before leaving. No support from anyone. They expect you to keep dialling numbers like a machine and get sales. Threaten to deduct salary when you don’t meet KRA’s whereas nothing as such is mentioned while signing the offer letter. Don’t join this company if you want to save time and peace.
