There is nothing to like about this company.

Everything. It’s like you’re back to school. TL gets upset if you leave on time, you’re required to inform before leaving. No support from anyone. They expect you to keep dialling numbers like a machine and get sales. Threaten to deduct salary when you don’t meet KRA’s whereas nothing as such is mentioned while signing the offer letter. Don’t join this company if you want to save time and peace.

Lots of learning. My biggest shock was when I was asked to not push for Sales if a lead doesn't want to buy. First time in last 7 years I experienced this. They ask to sell only where value can be created. This makes the job of a sales person a bit difficult as it means we have to work really hards to identify the right prospects and sell to them in a consultative approach.

Very difficult first 60 days as I had to unlearn so many things. But, it feels good at the end of the day. Had to put oil extra hours to come in sync with the systems. Also, saw many people who were just used to misspelling losing their jobs within first 30-45 days.

Rather they focus on blaming Sales team for every problem and openly humiliate people. Hardly any people survive more than 3 months. There is no Standard SOP. Every day rules change.
