No Salary and Career growth in this company. You work Hard but don't except any promotion and salary hike. But you have to work for more than 12 hours. This company doesn't pay for night shifts also. If you have knowledge you wont get any salary hike rather candidates who come through referral get high paid salary.

Company doesn't provide any kit and laptop. No coverage policy for employee for. Covid-19. No proper management for Salary. No any time to time reimbursement for work done and no advance is provided.
