There are nothing good in the institutions. Only some oldest Faculty members are wise.

Dislikes

Terrible work experience, senior authority is completely rubbish, conspiracy, internal politics messed up the whole institution.

I was appointed as assistant professor. I have handled academics and administrative work loads but I had to resign my job within two months because of internal politics and conspiracy.

Here are something that I like about. 1. Respect from students. 2. Timely salary. 3. Enough holidays.

There are lots of things which i dislike or feel that those should have been rearranged to a different extent. 1. Poor administration. 2.
