Company is good for career startup , For fresher it is good company , You will get salary on time ,

Dislikes

Team Work is Not Good , Certain people do great plitics here , Lack of Experienced People , People who had less qualification working as a Manager. Lack of training, Salary Avarage, Politics is a key factor here . People who work regularly and honestly they were hunted by the currupted people, Curruption is there , Reaponsible staff talking in Percentage of Money only which is not good . I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
