I like about job security in this company. No one can fire of an employee without interfare of owner of supreme. Many of staff I saw he has been working for a long time. But they don't get good salary. And he has lack of knowledge. He doesn't want to do something creative, he is just satisfy to our work. But I m not satisfying to mywork and salary. I'm getting very poor salary after some experience. There is no value of an employee knowledge, l want to so something creatively. And this company, I could not have any growth because of politics. Because my senior is belongs to manager village. An my senior qualification is an only" BA ".But I have done BCA and Mac with computer science. Even then he was not get me noticed. I m not satisfying to my work and salary. There is no creative and challenging work. They are not learning new thing ofan employee.

I m working in production department as an mis officer. My working is on sap software and advanced excel. I make the reports. I see how much order come of costumers on sap. And convert that order an excel and look the stock and maintaining the data.
