The job is interesting. I struggled in my early days at Supreme as I'm new to the piping industry, but due to the proper training sessions & on-field practical experience, I got a good start in the industry.

I am working as an International Marketing Manager since June 2016, I found this great place to work Bosses are pretty good in almost every division. Except packaging division as this is the worst division of Supreme Industries. Carrer growth is very slow but yes job security is there 100% unless you will not do anything illegal or out of Companies code of conduct. Over all Company is wonderful.

Dislikes

Salary structure is below than market & same with the incentives & other compensation. Also there some staff who is working from last 20-25 years they think that company is their own property, however you need to deal with them smartly.

As I think as a branded company, but actual is too different from as looks like or as we think about the company.

From the day one you will get little pressure and just after 15days they behave like they knows all.if you ask you want to know they answer like very insulting type.they don't want to listen any of your problems. If you share your working problem with them, they think we are giving excuses to them.

When I joined, I have think for to do job with long time, but after only one month gone I realize that there no work satisfaction there, so better don't waste time there for own growth change immediately.

I did like the most about The Supreme Industries is that you can see yourself being a long lasting player. You will get the ample liberty to work & perform well, there is no such work pressure, seniors are well mannered & understandable.

Remuneration part is not satisfactory.
